      Found of Yawata Ready Mixed Concrete Co., Ltd. in Osaka, which is completely owned by us for the business throughout sales and production. Capital \30mil.  
         
         
    April, 1997  
      Merge ready mixed concrete manufacturer in Kitakyushu and named Yawata Ready Mixed Concrete Industry Co., Ltd. (100% own) for the business throughout as well. Capital \60mil.  
         
         
    September, 1997  
      License of contractor by Tokyo governor.  
         
         
    October, 1999  
      Open of Kyushu Office got business from Nissho Iwai Kyushu Corp..  
         
         
    October, 2000  
      Move to present address due to expanded business.  
         
         
    March, 2001  
      Capital increase by 3rd party to be \320mil.

      Start of Trade Dept. got export business from Nissho Iwai Corp.

      Change of company’s name from NI Fujix to Nissho Iwai Materials Corp.

      Start of Domestic Sales Sect. 2 got business of self-leveling materials from Nscc Trading Co., Ltd.

      Sold all of our owned shares of Yawata Ready Mixed Concrete Co.,Ltd..

      Open of Hokkaido Office got bussiness of cement and freshly mixed concrete from Nissho Iwai Material Corp.
